About Ackura Group
We are a leading manufacturer of high precision Transmission and General Engineering components, with a capacity to produce single pieces from 0.5 kg to 1600 kgs. We offer a one-stop solution with all in-house facilities, a well-established iron foundry, and a team of experienced professionals dedicated to excellence.
Unit-I: Ackura Machining Solutions
Established in 2015, manufacturing Industrial Gear box components and General Engineering components with spur gears.
Unit-II: Akshayaa Engineering Works
Established in 2017, manufacturing medium-size Transmission and General engineering components.
Unit-III: Ackura Machining Works
Established in 2021, manufacturing heavy-duty Transmission and General engineering components.
Unit-IV: Ackura Foundry
Established in 2025, manufacturing all grades of Grey and Ductile iron Castings.

Core Making
In-house Core making facilities with Cold Box core shooter.
Pattern Facilities
In-house Pattern design, mounting, methoding and rework facilities.
Melting
500Kg & 250 Kg Induction furnace. (1 Ton new Induction furnace under progress).
Finishing
500 Kg Disa Shot Blasting Machine with Hook & Plate type, and in-house fettling facilities with grinding and cutter machines.
Vertical Broaching Machine
RIZS 25 X 1600 (Max Pulling Force 25 Tons, Max Stroke 1.6 meters).
Gear Shapers & Hob
6 Gear Shapers, 1 Hob. Can cut max 1-meter internal teeth and 600 mm external teeth.

Horizontal Turning Centers
BFW BHT2550 (4 units, 2018). Max turning diameter 330mm, max length 500mm.
Vertical Machining Centers (BFW)
BFW BMV60+TC24 (3 units) and BFW BMV65+TC30 (1 unit).
